What is the minimum order for private label?
Private label packaging and printing carry their own setup cost and minimum. We quote them separately, in writing.
Can I start with standard HIGHCOOL rolls first?
Yes. Standard catalog rolls have an MOQ of 1 roll, and price steps up by roll count.
What exactly can carry my brand?
The roll core, the backing liner, and the carton and carton label. Every roll also carries a serial/QR code so warranty claims trace back to the batch.
How long does a private-label run take?
Lead time depends on artwork and packaging. We quote it in writing with your private-label order.
Can I get samples?
Free samples for Paint Protection Film and Window Film. For Color PPF and Vinyl Wrap we don't send free samples or color cards. We send color photos and pricing so you can choose.

Which certifications and test reports can you share?
We run an ISO 9001 certified quality system and our film is REACH compliant. RoHS, REACH and POPs third-party test reports are available on request.
What warranty comes with the film?
Warranty depends on the line and series: Paint Protection Film 5–10 years depending on series, Color PPF 5 years, Window Film 5 or 7 years depending on series, Vinyl Wrap 2 years.
It covers manufacturing defects and conformity to the published specification for the term stated for that model, from the installation date. It excludes installation errors, surface prep, incompatible chemicals, abrasive washing, excessive heat and normal wear. The remedy is replacement film of equivalent specification or a refund of the film price. Labor and removal are not covered.
Which shipping and payment terms do you offer?
Factory-direct orders ship EXW China (Shanghai): you book freight and act as importer of record, and we supply the commercial invoice, packing list and HS codes. Ask us about other shipping terms and we'll confirm them with your quote.
Payment terms are confirmed on the proforma invoice. Quotes are valid for 14 days unless the quote states otherwise.
