From quote to shipment in four steps

Step 1: Quote
Tell us the lines, models and number of rolls. Quotes within 12 hours on business days.

Step 2: Proforma invoice
We confirm prices, payment terms and the ship date on your proforma invoice before you pay.

Step 3: Payment
Pay against the proforma invoice. Quotes are valid for 14 days unless the quote states otherwise.

Step 4: Shipping
Factory-direct orders ship EXW China (Shanghai); ask us about other shipping terms. Paint Protection Film and Window Film can also ship from US stock in California.
What is the minimum order?
MOQ is 1 roll on every catalog item. Volume pricing steps up at 11, 51 and 151 rolls and at a full 20 ft container. US-stock Paint Protection Film and Window Film also start at 1 roll, with their own volume steps.
Do you send samples?
Free samples for Paint Protection Film and Window Film. For Color PPF and Vinyl Wrap we don't send free samples or color cards. We send color photos and pricing so you can choose. Tell us where to send them and we'll confirm the details.
What warranty does each line carry?
Paint Protection Film: 5–10 years depending on series. Color PPF: 5 years. Window Film: 5 or 7 years depending on series. Vinyl Wrap: 2 years.
The warranty covers manufacturing defects and conformity to the published specification, from the installation date. Labor and removal are not covered.
What is the MOQ for private label?
Private label packaging and printing carry their own setup cost and minimum. We quote them separately, in writing. Lead time depends on artwork and packaging and is quoted with your private-label order.
Can I see certifications and test reports?
We run an ISO 9001 certified quality system and our film is REACH compliant. RoHS, REACH and POPs third-party test reports are available on request.
