Shipping Policy

At Highcool, we are committed to ensuring a reliable and timely delivery experience for our global B2B clients. Please read the following information carefully before placing your order.


 

🌍 1. Shipping Coverage

We currently offer shipping to a wide range of countries and regions, including but not limited to:

  • North America: United States, Canada, Mexico, Puerto Rico, Dominican Republic, Guadeloupe

  • South & Central America: Argentina, Colombia, Panama, Chile, Paraguay, Ecuador, Trinidad & Tobago, and more

  • Asia: Japan, South Korea, India, Singapore, Vietnam, Indonesia, Thailand, Philippines, Hong Kong SAR, Macao SAR, Taiwan, etc.

  • Oceania: Australia, New Zealand, French Polynesia

  • Europe: France, Germany, UK, Netherlands, Sweden, Norway, Italy, and most other EU & non-EU countries

  • Middle East & Africa: UAE, Saudi Arabia, Turkey, South Africa, Nigeria, Mauritius, etc.

  • Special Territories: Including overseas and dependent regions such as Isle of Man, Faroe Islands, Greenland, and more.

🚛 2. Delivery Terms & Tax

  • All shipments are delivered under DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) terms. This means that import duties and local taxes are not included in the product price and must be handled by the recipient during customs clearance.

  • A valid tax identification number is required for shipments to most EU countries.


 

📦 3. Order Handling & Packaging

  • Processing Time: We typically dispatch within 2 business days upon receiving payment.

  • If an item is temporarily out of stock, we will inform you via email/SMS and hold the shipment until restocked. You may also choose to cancel at that time.

  • Vinyl Wrap & PPF Packaging:

     

    • Orders less than 26 meters are usually shipped in a single parcel.

    • Bulk or multi-roll orders may be split depending on warehouse location and size.

    • Separate packaging requests must be submitted in advance to marketing@highcool.com.

     

  • Car Interior Wrap Orders: Orders over 5 meters will be boxed for better protection.

  • Special packaging requests must be noted during checkout; otherwise, we will use standard packaging.

 


 

⏱️ 4. Estimated Delivery Times

  • Express Shipping: 3–5 business days

  • Standard Shipping: 5–7 business days

  • Economy Shipping: 7–12 business days

  • Free Shipping (select zones such as the US, Hong Kong SAR, Macao SAR, Taiwan): 7–12 business days

    Note: Orders placed during weekends or holidays may experience a delay of 2–3 business days.

 


 

⚠️ 5. Important Notes

  • Remote Areas: Deliveries to remote regions may incur an additional surcharge (typically USD $50–100).

  • Order Cancellation: You may cancel an order within 8 hours of placing it. A cancellation fee between $10–$40 may apply. After 8 hours, cancellations are not guaranteed.

  • No P.O. Boxes: We are unable to ship to P.O. Box addresses. Please provide a valid physical address.

  • Damaged Items: If your parcel arrives damaged, please retain all packaging, take photos/videos, and file a claim with the courier. Then contact us with the complaint number for quick resolution.

  • Unclear Instructions: If your order contains notes we don’t understand, we’ll pause shipment and contact you for clarification.
