PPF Supplier & Manufacturer: Factory-Direct Rolls for Shops and Distributors
HIGHCOOL makes Clear PPF, Color PPF, Window Film and Vinyl Wrap in its own 20,000 m² factory in Shanghai, and sells by the roll to wrap shops, tint shops, distributors and private-label brands. Thirteen Clear PPF SKUs and thirteen Window Film SKUs are held in our Rancho Cucamonga, CA warehouse. Everything else ships from the factory, made to order. Quotes within 12 hours on business days.
What you are buying from
We extrude and coat our own film. Raw materials from BASF, Wanhua and Ashland: the W series uses Wanhua TPU, the E series BASF TPU, and the V, E and L series an Ashland adhesive. Every roll leaves with a part number, a batch number and a roll number printed on the roll core and carton label, so a claim two years from now can be traced to the line and the day it was made. RoHS, REACH and POPs third-party test reports are available on request.

Clear PPF series by warranty: W series 5 years (Wanhua TPU), V15 and V17 7 years, V19 8 years, V23PRO 10 years, E series 8 years (BASF TPU), L series 10 years, matte and black models 5 years. Ask for the spec sheet on any Window Film series before you quote a customer VLT or heat-rejection figures.
How pricing works
There is no dealer application, no membership fee and no identity tier. Price is set by the quantity on the order, and the same ladder is printed on every quote.

Minimum order is one roll. L4 and L5 buyers sign a regional authorization and a minimum advertised price agreement before the first shipment. Color PPF and Vinyl Wrap have no US-warehouse price because they are not stocked there; they are made to order and ship from the factory.

Clear PPF and Window Film: free samples, sent on request. Color PPF and Vinyl Wrap: we don't send free samples or color cards. We send color photos and pricing so you can choose.
Private label
We run private-label production for brands that do not want HIGHCOOL on the roll: your core label, your box, your liner print. Private label packaging and printing carry their own setup cost and minimum. We quote them separately, in writing.
