Windshield protection film is not a separate product. It is your PPF, cut for a different panel, and treating it as its own SKU family is the most common sourcing mistake we see.

We do not run a separate line for windshields. It comes off the same 245 square foot rolls, 60 inches by 49 feet, that you would use on a hood or a set of fenders. That matters for ordering: you do not need to stock a second product family just to offer windshield protection, and offcuts from a body panel job can often cover a windshield sized cut.

PPF is the only line we keep as ready stock in our US warehouse in Rancho Cucamonga, California. Thirteen SKUs, no wait on a China shipment for a standard reorder. For a dealer program where installers call in small frequent restocks rather than one big seasonal order, that stocking model is the difference between filling an order this week and making an installer wait a month.

Building a dealer network instead of buying for a single shop changes what you need to settle upfront. Which pricing tier your dealers order at. How sample requests route, so each new installer can test the film before their first bulk order. Who owns reorders, the shop directly or you as the distributor placing consolidated orders. We work with either structure. The point is deciding before your first dealer signs on, not after the first reorder gets confusing.

Our PPF carries a warranty of 5 to 10 years depending on the specific series, worth confirming before you quote a number to a customer whose windshield you just wrapped.

Request a sample and test an actual windshield curvature cut, not just a flat panel, since curvature installs differently than most body panels. Confirm you are ordering from the 13 SKU US warehouse stock if turnaround speed matters for your program, and ask for a 12 hour quote before you commit to volume.
