HIGHCOOL keeps PPF quality consistent for US dealers by controlling the three things that cause most roll-to-roll variation: which raw materials go into each grade, how every roll is traced, and how the film gets from Shanghai to your shop. The worst problem for a high-volume shop is inconsistency. One roll goes on clean, and the next one shows dust nibs, glue lines or a different stretch on the same bumper. When you import film in volume, that kind of variation costs you redo labor and schedule time.

1. Raw materials by grade

Film quality starts with the TPU and the adhesive. HIGHCOOL builds its PPF grades on TPU from four sources: Lubrizol, BASF, Covestro and Wanhua, by grade. Grades built on Lubrizol, BASF or Covestro TPU use Ashland adhesive. The Wanhua grade uses a domestic Chinese adhesive.

That matters for a dealer because each grade stays on its own material recipe. When you reorder the same grade, you get the same TPU source and adhesive, and your installers get the same feel when they pull the film around a bumper. The series letter tells you the TPU source:

Match the series to the warranty you want to offer your customers. The standard roll is 60 in x 49 ft (1.52 m x 15 m), and 72-inch rolls are also available for trucks and large hoods.

2. Factory production and certification

HIGHCOOL owns a 20,000 m² factory in Shanghai. There is no trading company between the line and your order, so a question about a roll goes to the people who made it. The factory is ISO 9001 certified, and the film is REACH compliant.

If you are comparing suppliers, ask each one for the same things: the TPU source for the grade, the adhesive, the topcoat, the thickness tolerance and the test records for a recent batch. A factory that makes its own film can answer those questions directly. A reseller usually has to ask someone else.

3. One roll, one code

Every HIGHCOOL PPF roll carries its own serial and QR code. That code links the roll to its production record and to the warranty. If an installer sees something wrong on a job, you give us the code and we trace the batch. It also lets you register a warranty to the car, which helps when the owner asks for proof of what was installed. PPF warranties run 5 to 10 years depending on the series. The warranty covers film defects such as yellowing, staining, hydrolysis or film breakdown. It does not cover installation issues like bubbles, dust or creases, or damage from use, so the job sheet with the roll code is also your record of how the film went on.

4. What to check when a roll arrives

Even with good production control, check incoming stock the same way every time:

1. Inspect the box and core for crush damage or flat spots from shipping.
2. Match the roll code and grade against your order.
3. Unroll a short length under strong light and look for gels, dust and glue lines.
4. Do a test install on a scrap panel to check slip, tack and stretch against the last roll of the same grade.
5. Keep the code on your job sheet for every car that roll goes on.

5. Logistics to the USA

HIGHCOOL keeps 13 PPF SKUs in a US warehouse, and we accept one-roll orders, so US dealers can reorder PPF without waiting on an ocean shipment or buying a pallet at a time. Buying factory-direct means a shorter line between your installers and the people who make the film. Feedback about tack, slip or stretch goes straight to production instead of passing through a distributor. For private label, the MOQ is 30 rolls per model, and packaging setup is quoted in writing.
