How to buy PPF and Window Film: specs, samples and quotes

What we test in house
We run in-house puncture, hydrophobicity and tensile testing on film before it is packed. Every roll carries a part number, a batch number and a roll number on the roll core and carton label. If a claim comes in years later, we can trace the roll back to its batch.

Specialty PPF V15MA (matte), V15BK and V15YBK: Covestro TPU, 7.5 mil, 5-year warranty.
The series letter tells you the resin: W is Wanhua, V is Covestro, E is BASF, L is Lubrizol. Color PPF is TPU at 7.5 mil with a 5-year warranty. Window Film is dyed or nano-ceramic, with a 5 or 7-year warranty by series. Vinyl Wrap is calendered or cast PVC by SKU, with a 2-year warranty.
What the warranty covers
The warranty covers film defects: yellowing, staining, hydrolysis or film degradation. It does not cover installation problems such as bubbles, dust or creases, or damage from use. The number of years depends on the model, as listed above.

In Shanghai, China. The registered office is in the Lingang New Area of the China (Shanghai) Pilot Free Trade Zone. Film is made, slit, checked and packed in our Shanghai factory.

We run an ISO 9001 certified quality system. RoHS, REACH and POPs third-party test reports are available on request.
Who handles road-use approval for the film in my market?
HIGHCOOL supplies film to trade and OEM buyers. Road-use approval in your market (for example ABG in Germany or homologation in Spain) is the responsibility of the buyer or brand owner placing the film on the market. We supply the test reports listed above on request.
Does HIGHCOOL sell on other marketplaces?
