PPF Supplier & Manufacturer: Factory-Direct Rolls for Shops and Distributors
HIGHCOOL makes TPU paint protection film, ceramic window tint and PVC colour-change wrap in its own 20,000 m² factory in Shanghai, and sells by the roll to wrap shops, tint shops, distributors and private-label brands. Thirteen PPF SKUs and thirteen window-tint SKUs are held in our City of Industry, CA warehouse. Everything else ships from the factory, made to order. Quotes go out within 12 hours.
What you are buying from
We extrude and coat our own film. PPF is built on TPU from Lubrizol, BASF, Covestro or Wanhua depending on the series, with an Ashland adhesive on the Covestro, BASF and Lubrizol lines. Every roll leaves with a part number, a batch number and a roll number printed on the core label, so a claim two years from now can be traced to the line and the day it was made. Third-party test reports (CE, RoHS, REACH and POPs) exist for all three product lines and are sent with the first order or earlier if you ask.

Clear PPF series by warranty: W series 5 years (Wanhua TPU), V series 7 years (Covestro), V19 8 years, V23 PRO 10 years, E series 8 years (BASF), L series 10 years (Lubrizol). A 72-inch width on Covestro TPU is available on request for full-width truck hoods. Ask for the spec sheet on any window-tint series before you quote a customer VLT or heat-rejection figures.
How pricing works
There is no dealer application, no membership fee and no identity tier. Price is set by the quantity on the order, and the same ladder is printed on every quote.

Minimum order is one roll. L4 and L5 buyers sign a regional authorisation and a minimum advertised price agreement before the first shipment. Colour-change films have no US-warehouse price because they are not stocked there; they are produced per order and ship from the factory.
Samples
Clear PPF and window tint: free A4 samples, sent on request. Colour-change films: we send colour cards and a quote rather than cut samples, because 500-plus colours cannot be sampled one by one.
Private label
We run private-label production for brands that do not want HIGHCOOL on the roll: your core label, your box, your liner print, your colour recipe kept on file for repeat runs. Ask for the private-label checklist and lead time for your first run.
