How does HIGHCOOL ship PPF internationally?

We ship to more than 60 countries from our factory in Shanghai. Air freight suits urgent restocks of a few rolls. Ocean freight suits larger distributor orders, where the lower cost per roll is worth the longer transit. The ship date for your order is confirmed on the proforma invoice, not promised in advance.

For US buyers there is a second route. Our US warehouse holds Paint Protection Film, so many PPF reorders can go out domestically. Color PPF, Vinyl Wrap and Window Film are not stocked in the US; they ship from China.

Ask for the box dimensions and gross weight with your quote. Your forwarder needs both to price the freight, and they are the first thing missing when a landed-cost estimate goes wrong.

What about customs duties and taxes?

Duties depend on how the film is classified and where it comes from, and the importer of record is responsible for both. We do not quote duty rates, because they change. US duties on goods from China have changed several times in the last few years, so check the current rate with your broker before you set a resale price.

What we provide is the paperwork: a commercial invoice and a packing list for every shipment, issued under our registered company name, Shanghai Chihuan New Materials Technology Co., Ltd. EU importers pay import VAT and any duty at entry and need an EORI number to clear goods. For small parcels, express carriers such as DHL, FedEx and UPS usually handle clearance as part of delivery and bill the duties to the receiver. For pallets and containers, use a customs broker or freight forwarder.

Is the PPF warranty valid outside China?

HIGHCOOL PPF carries a 5 to 10 year warranty depending on the grade, and the written terms for each grade list what is covered. The warranty comes from the factory. It is tied to the roll code, not to a local middleman, which is what makes a claim traceable from a shop in Texas or a distributor in Poland.

If film fails, send photos or a short video of the problem together with the roll code. That code tells us which batch the film came from and when it was made. Get the written terms for your grade and market with your quote, so you can explain them to your own customers before the first install.

Can I get technical documents and support in English?

Yes. Our sales and support team works in English, and you can ask for the technical data sheet and installation guidance for the grade you are buying. Ask for product photos for your own listings at the same time, and tell us what you need them for so we send the right set.

What is the minimum order?

For standard PPF rolls, tell us the quantity you need and we quote it. For private label (OEM) film under your own brand, the minimum is 30 rolls per model, and the packaging setup is quoted in writing. We do not run dealer tiers. Your price depends on your country, the product mix and how much you move, and we quote each buyer on those three things.
